ClickMagick vs Hyros: The Quick Answer
Both ClickMagick and Hyros track ads back to real revenue and send conversions to the ad platforms so their algorithms optimize better. The biggest practical difference is how you buy them. ClickMagick publishes its prices, starts at $79 a month and lets you sign up for a 14-day free trial yourself. Hyros is typically sold through a sales process with custom pricing.
For most solo marketers, affiliates and small teams, ClickMagick is the easier and more predictable choice. Larger brands that want a sales-led onboarding experience may prefer to talk to Hyros, but should still compare the quote against ClickMagick's published prices.

Pricing: Published Plans vs Custom Quotes
ClickMagick's plans are listed openly: Starter $79, Standard $199 and Pro $349 a month, with two months free on yearly billing. You know the cost before you talk to anyone. Full details are in our ClickMagick pricing guide.
Hyros doesn't follow that model. Pricing is generally quoted through a sales process, so you can't compare costs until you've had the call. On its own Hyros comparison page, ClickMagick claims Hyros requires pre-paid annual contracts and costs about three times more for a business doing $100k a month in revenue. Those are ClickMagick's claims about a competitor; get your own quote before relying on them.
What you know before signing up
Tracking and Attribution
Both tools are built to solve the same problem: ad platforms under-report or misattribute conversions because of iOS opt-outs, ad blockers and cross-device journeys. Both rely on first-party tracking on your own domain and send conversion data back to the ad platforms.
ClickMagick's tracking (TrueTracking®) uses a custom tracking domain, a randomized script loader to avoid ad blockers, cross-device tracking and, on Standard and Pro, advanced attribution models so you can compare first-click, last-click and multi-touch views. ClickMagick says it is not blocked by iOS because it uses only first-party cookies with no redirects.
Hyros is known for its attribution and reporting aimed at businesses with longer sales cycles, such as coaching and high-ticket offers. If your sales happen over calls weeks after the first click, ask both vendors how they handle long attribution windows and offline sales.
Sending Conversions Back to the Ad Platforms
This is where much of the return comes from. When Meta, Google or TikTok see more of your real conversions, their algorithms target better. ClickMagick's Audience Optimization does this on every plan and syncs in real time to Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and ChatGPT Ads.
ClickMagick claims Hyros uploads conversions only once a day and sends fewer data points to Facebook (it says "6 vs. 15"). We haven't independently verified that; ask Hyros how often and with what data it sends conversions to your platforms. For the background, see our Facebook Conversions API explainer.
Bot and Click-Fraud Filtering
ClickMagick filters basic bots on all plans and adds full bot and click-fraud protection, including Click Shield for Google and Microsoft Ads, from Standard upward. ClickMagick claims Hyros has "no meaningful bot filtering"; again, that's a vendor claim to check. If you buy solo ads or run Google Search campaigns in niches prone to junk clicks, ask Hyros specifically how it handles bot traffic.
Ease of Use, Setup and Support
ClickMagick is self-serve: you can set it up yourself in about 20 to 30 minutes for the basics, backed by a knowledge base of over 500 articles. Standard adds an onboarding call. Our ClickMagick tutorial walks through the setup.
Hyros leans on a sales-led onboarding process. Some teams prefer that hand-holding; others would rather test a tool themselves before talking to sales.

Our Verdict
For most of our readers, people buying their own traffic on a budget, ClickMagick wins on transparency, the free trial, and built-in tools for affiliates and solo ads. Hyros is a reasonable option for bigger brands that want a sales-led process, but you can't judge its value until you have a quote.
